ABOUT THE OFFICE
Maja Salopek is a lawyer with many years of experience in the judiciary, and since 2012 she has been the head of the Salopek Law Office. Since 2013 she has been an authorized conciliator in conciliation centers in the Republic of Croatia, and since 2016 she has been a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb - Department of Civil Law and Family Law.
She is a member of the International Department of the American Bar Association, the Croatian Society for Civil Law Sciences and Practice, the Croatian Conciliation Association and the Croatian Bar Association, where she also served as Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor of the Croatian Bar Association for two terms.
As a lawyer, she has participated in numerous scientific and professional conferences and conferences in the country and abroad.
As a doctoral student, from the middle of 2017, with more intensive law practice, she began to engage in scientific work. Thus, in June 2017, she participated in the conference "Civil Environmental Protection" organized by the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts with a solo presentation which was published as an authorized text in the publication of the Scientific Council for Public Administration, Judiciary and Rule of Law HAZU, and in July 2017. She studied in Austria, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Salzburg, attending the "Salzburg Summer School 2017 on European Private Law - Erasmus IP Intesive Program" and thus obtained the internationally recognized certificate of the University of Salzburg "The Main Features of the European Legal Systems."
It provides legal advice, provides clients with services for checking compliance with legal regulations and resolving disputes through representation in court proceedings and out of court, representation in mediation proceedings.
